Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a specified retention period.

UTMpro is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. While we aim for accuracy, UTMpro does not guarantee error-free operation or data accuracy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTMpro is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold UTMpro harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in the United Kingdom.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements related to your subscription, constitute the entire agreement between you and UTMpro.
